Geetha Madhuri was born on 24 August 1989, in Palakollu, West Godavari district, state of Andhra Pradesh, India. She is an Indian Play back Singer, TV Presenter and Dubbing Artist. Geetha was interested in singing at very young age, she wanted to become a singer in her childhood. Her family shifted from Palakollu to Hyderabad. She started singing when she was in school days. Geetha was learned classical Music from ‘Smt. Kocharlakota Padmavati Garu‘ in her childhood, after she joined in the “Little Musicians Academy” in that she trained by ‘Ramachari Garu’.
Geetha before became a professional singer, she participated in a Singing reality show “SYE singers challenge” on ETV Telugu and in that contest she was one of the semifinalists. Later she made her Debut in Telegu film as a playback singer with the movie of “Premalekha Rasa” directed by Kulasekhar in the year 2006. Later she sung many films and she famous for the “Ninne Ninne Kora” song from the film of “Nacchavule” in 2008. For this song she achieved “Nandi” Award as the best female playback singer. She sung more than 1000 songs in various languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam. She got many awards like Filmfare, IIFA, SIIMA, Apasara, GAMMA and other awards for singing in films.
Geetha was participated in Telugu reality TV show “Big Boss Telugu Season 2” on MAA TV, in that she was won “Runner up”. She also participated in singing show “Super Singer Season 7″ telecasted on MAA TV. She got married with Actor Nandu on 9 February 2014 in Nagole, and she gave birth to baby girl named Daakshaayani Prakruthi On August 9, 2019.
